To offer benefits to employees and stimulate the development of local businesses, Copel maintains two permanent public calls to select different companies and educational institutions that are interested in granting benefits to the Company’s employees, as well as their dependents.

Public Call DGE 001/2022 aims to invite educational institutions and training providers interested in granting benefits when hiring courses related to basic education, higher education, professional education, qualification courses and professional development courses.

Public Call DGE 001/2017 aims to select companies that are interested in granting benefits to Copel employees in the following segments: bookstores and stationery stores; bars and restaurants; beauty and aesthetic centers; parking lots; flower shops; car manufacturers and dealerships; mechanical workshops; music schools; dance schools and academies; daycare centers and nurseries; pharmacies; cinemas; theaters and pet stores.

Educational Partnerships

With educational partnerships, Copel seeks to provide opportunities for employees to expand their knowledge and training, as well as support the training of their dependents. Therefore, since 2016, the Company has had a permanent public call notice to invite companies – educational institutions and training providers – that are interested in granting educational benefits to employees of Copel Holding and its Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries (which may be extended to their dependents). ).

“Benefit” is understood as the granting of discounts and other advantages not originally available in a portfolio of courses marketed to the general public.
