Sesi SDG Seal

The Sesi SDG Seal is a recognition of good practices in favor of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and the role as an articulator of sustainable growth in Paraná. 

The Sesi SDG Award was created in 2016 and is conferred by the system composed of the Federation of Industries of the State of Paraná (Fiep) and the Industry Social Service (Sesi), Sistema FIEP/SESI.

Since the creation of the Sesi SDG Seal, Copel and its subsidiaries have been recognized by several initiatives that stood out in the promotion of the SDG and contribution to achieving the goals of the United Nations Agenda 2030.

Gender and Race
Pro-Equity Seal

The Pro-Gender and Race Equity Program is a federal government initiative launched in 2005, coordinated by the then Special Secretariat for Women’s Policies (SPM), in partnership with the Secretariat for Policies to Promote Racial Equality (SEPPIR), UN Women and the International Labor Organization (ILO).

The goal of the Program is to disseminate new concepts in people management and organizational culture to achieve equal conditions between women and men in the workplace, also considering inequalities of race and ethnicity.
