The Boards of Directors are the decision-making bodies of Companhia Paranaense de Energia – Copel’s Wholly-owned Subsidiaries, composed of members elected at the respective General Meetings for a two-year term, with the possibility of re-election. These collegiate bodies – whose main responsibility is to establish the general business orientation of each Subsidiary – have their form of action and competence established in the Bylaws and in applicable legislation.
