Bylaws and Internal Regulations
The internal regulation is the document that aims to organize the internal work by formalizing the responsibilities and complementary and/or regulatory attributions of the statutory bodies, observing the rules contained in the bylaws and in the legislation that governs the company’s activities.
The bylaws and internal regulations are reviewed and updated by the Corporate Sustainability and Corporate Governance Coordination.
